So I will start with the obvious the food was great we all took different type of burgers and they were all delicious. Also we took for starters we took beef cut with salad which was a very nice appetizer!
Now for the second part of the review. To book this restaurant we used TheFork however when we came to the restaurant we were told by the manager it was not connected anymore to TheFork's services due to covid, so we talked to him and despite being full and busy he made sure we will get our table. After that we were told to wait a bit since it was very busy but the manger really tried to give us the best possible experience and service to make us feel better about having issues with our booking and waiting a bit before being able to order.

It was so hot, she lent me her rechargeable fan for the duration of our meal! We had an Eggburger and a Classic burger. I had sweet potato fries. Just delicious. We will be having more before we leave. Extremely highly recommended....10* EDIT - we went back and tried the double smash burgers, and again, delicious! Ana asked about desert - tiramasu or banoffee pudding - I hesitated, until she whispered that she made the banoffee. Died and gone to heaven...I've never had it dusted with cinnamon, what a delight! We just happened to have one here and there because our son wanted something familiar. Oltre significantly exceeded our expectations. The smash burgers were well prepared and juicy. Solid bun that wasn’t soggy. My son got the children’s cheeseburger with a fried egg added. I was also obsessed with the fries. They were cut into a long “v” shape which created more surface area for a crispy outer crust, and when folded long ways, it would create a layered crust, potato, crust, potato, crust texture that I loved.
