Doesnt have a view, but it has one of the best and most entertaining outdoor dinning room, with live animals that you can contact with. I havent been a long time here, but I used to be a regular. Fish is generally good, occasionally you can have less enjoyable dishes - the fish isnt ALWAYS fresh, as it is impossible. It has a wide variety of fish. Sides are good, as well as the appetizers. Usually drank beer here, which I recall to be particularly tasty and cold. Desserts and meat dishes can be taken without any fears or complains.
Staff is very pleasant. The owner is a really funny and friendly man. The only downs are the prices which could be a little less expensive (+40.and sometimes +45€ for 3), considering other equally good restaurants concerning fish (mid ranging 25€ to 35€ depending on what you eat).
If you are a regular, you wont be usually recognized as one, as you pay usually the same (some other places usually dont charge entries or drinks as a way of appreciating customer loyalty).

Read moreWe booked our reservation through The Fork, and the app prices don't match those at the restaurant—they were much higher. Many menu prices were scratched out and raised even further. For instance, the "arroz de tamboril" for two was listed as €18 on The Fork, but it was around €40 at the restaurant. In the end, we couldn't order it because they needed advance notice to get fresh fish, which is understandable, but it was nowhere stated that we had to notify them in advance. From the start, the owner had some dry humor, which quickly turned awkward when he loudly shamed us for ordering meat after we found out our preferred dish wasn’t available. He mocked us, saying, "You come to a FISH restaurant and order meat?? Really?" We didn’t find it funny, stuck to our choice, and ate the meat dish. He also insisted on other, much more expensive fish dishes, but we stayed with our choice.
Hey buddy, if you don't want people to order meat, maybe don't serve it.

Read moreThe owner of the restaurant stated that there is no fish anymore. We asked for drinks, he refused to serve drinks only. It was the final European cup game so we accepted whatever food he has so we can watch. However, we asked for the menu to see the prices of these starters, and before we knew it he just brought us THE LEFTOVERS he had which were going to the garbage. The starters were very overpriced considering they were leftovers. The sad thing is that he made it seem that he made us a favor because we were hungry and he fed us. But we only wanted to sit for the game. Our mistake was that we didn't send back the salty sardine starter when he brought it and not requesting the price and the nature/quantity of the food, before accepting to sit in his restaurant. Never again. Really...
