La Pizza di Juliano — Restaurant in Silves

Honestly, this place blew my mind. I’ve had pizza in Italy a few times, and somehow… this was even better. The dough is naturally fermented and has that perfect balance — crispy on the outside, soft and light on the inside. You can tell they really know what they’re doing.

The sauce? Unreal. Super fresh, just the right amount of acidity and sweetness. Everything just tastes so clean and well done.

My experience is very bad because the older man who makes the pizzas is very rude and arrogant. I arrived with my family to have dinner and there were a lot of people. I understand. I just asked him to take us into account since we were waiting and it was as if nothing was happening. Just by telling him that, he told us that we needed to be patient or leave the place because he said that he would help us with a table when there were a lot of people. I found his response terrible. Despite being a late walk in from a group of four of us tonight. The team here were incredibly accommodating and quick to bring us to a table.

When it came to the food, I had the Mexicana pizza which was as I quoted at the table "the best pizza I have ever had" it was simply incredible with its fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked dough.
