Scoopit Food Atelier — Restaurant in Tavira

This is a gem in the heart of Tavira, wonderful place for daytime eating. My little girl (age 3) is gluten free amongst other food allergies and it's been hard to eat out with her but Scoopit have a fantastic offering for all ages, as many options can be made gluten free. Not only was the gluten free food really tasty, so was our own. The waiter and the owner both were so friendly and helpful explaining how they cook the food and keep the gluten free food separate. We felt really welcomed and well looked after. I highly recommend this restaurant for any food lovers out there. Great job Scoopit and thank you for such a great offering and keeping us all well fed. We are regulars to Tavira each year so we will keep coming back...

I visited this establishment today for a quick lunch before I went to the beach.

My order was the avocado bruschetta, with french fries on the side, and a small bottle of super bock.

After ordering and waiting less than 10 minutes, I was greeted to a loaded plate of bruschetta, topped with avocado chunks and tomato (including a vinegarette). This was perfectly matched with the french fries, and was the highlight of my last day in Tavira. It really hit the spot and kept me going well into the evening.

It's very doubtful I'd ever visit Tavira again, but if I did, this establishment would be my preference for having breakfast/lunch every day!

We happened to stumble upon this place while walking looking for a bite to eat. We wanted something healthy, traditional to the area, while catering to our children.

We were greeted graciously and invited in. We sat inside comfortably away from the heat. Our children ordered cheeseburgers, while we munched on salads and sandwiches.

They have a bar menu as well, which includes mock tails and smoothies for kids.

They even brought over a homemade tic tac toe game to keep our kids entertained.

Super nice people. Delicious, fresh, healthy food.

We will definitely visit again when...
