Terrible and uneducated behavior!

I was sitting on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine when a man started playing videos on his phone extremely loud. After some time, I kindly asked him to lower the volume. Instead of acting respectfully, he behaved like an immature individual asking why he on earth would lower the volume if he doesn’t want to... Then the owner, a woman, came out and shouted at me, saying I was not at home and how I dare he is a customer 😂I replied that this is exactly why I asked politely in the first place—because he is also not at home and I am also a customer…and I didn’t want to listen to his videos.

Não compreendo como existem pessoas que se comportem desta maneira clientes mal educados faltam ao respeito aos outros clientes e ao proprietário do espaço e ainda vem para aqui meter críticas ruins. O nascer do sol oferece excelente refeições e um acolhimento familiar muito bom. Os proprietários são super a todos os níveis, quer na qualidade quer na sua maneira de acolher sempre atenciosos e próximos dos clientes, nós fazendo sentir como em casa.
