After browsing the other vendors (and finding some of them don’t accept credit cards), I decided to try the Brazilian Feijoada at Botequim à Brasileira (since they had a card terminal visible on the counter). They didn’t have a 7-Up for my 6 year old daughter, but they did have something from Brazil called Guarana. The gentleman who took my order told me it was popular in Brazil. I figured it was worth a shot and my daughter seemed to like drinking it. The meal itself was very delicious. The gentleman even dropped by to ask me if everything was to my liking which I appreciated. My daughter ate some of my rice and beans and also ate some of the meat. The main dish was prato -rice was totally bland and tasted like it was re-cooked for a second time, we didn't ate it just to be sure, chicken was nicely seasoned but quite heavy on the dry side. Read moreThis place is a treasure inside the market hall. The food arrived a little later than planned, but the waiter very kindly compensated us with a Batida cocktail tasting. He was very kind and the food was delicious! We had the cheese Bolinha de queijo, a portion of fries, and also took two passion fruit Batida. We originally chose for the strawberry Batidas but during the tasting we loved the passion fruit, so we switched options!
