Sadly, I didn’t think pasta could be messed up so badly, however, when you fail to cook it fully, it’s inedible. I took it back after the first bite, only to be told that that is how they cook all of their pasta, under done, and I don’t mean a little under done, I mean barely cooked it all. This was not al dente, this was fully undercooked. They said this was Italian, I’ve been to Italy probably 10 times and have months there on the ground eating actual good pasta, these cooks are not the real deal. Avoid this place at all cost. Food was good, however horrible service, staff very rude if I’m honest, misinterpreted our order of white wine as red, then tried to convince us we ordered red despite receipt saying white. Gaslighting at its finest ladies, hand literally put up in my face when I challenged we want white followed by ‘I’ll fill your glass be quiet’. Pasta that changed my life !!! We had two kinds: bolognese + carbonara Carbonara and the cream sauce. Incredible.

The only constructive criticism I have would be to add a nice Italian red-wine (ripasso) to the cooler, as I was not a great fan of Portuguese wine with this heavenly pasta. I wish this amazing place would have outdoor seating; A nice bruschetta would be an excellent supplement.
