Port Wine Flats — Hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia

I loved staying here! The location is awesome—it's on the other side of Porto, so every morning you get to cross that beautiful bridge. In the evenings, you have a great view of the city all lit up, perfect for enjoying a drink. There are plenty of spots nearby to taste some amazing Port wine.

The area is super quiet and safe, and finding a parking spot is really easy. So driving can be a bit challenging.

Check-in and check-out were straightforward with clear instructions sent ahead of time. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient.

The rooms are comfy, the shower is small but good, and there's a big kitchen with a dining area that's perfect for cooking your own meals—it's got everything you need.

Aquecedor não estava ligado, ou seja, ninguém conseguiu tomar banho quente na primeira noite. Estava desencaixado da tomada e ninguém verificou isso. Quatro pessoas não conseguem tomar banho uma em seguida da outra porque a água quente no aquecedor não é suficiente. Completamente surreal. As cobertas são velhas e insuficientes. O freezer estava descongelado e molhou toda a cozinha, e também estava sujo. Pia do banheira suja. Em termos de limpeza, precisa melhorar e MUITO. Suporte dos banheiros quebrados. Cheiro de mofo nos quartos, pra quem tem rinite é um pesadelo. Check in depois das 17, ficamos DEZ MINUTOS na porta porque chegamos 16:50… enfim....
