Such a wonderful experience! After a very large severe storm Tasca 7 Vidas was going to close for the evening. We showed up late and they were happy to seat us. We were the only ones in the restaurant there due to the nasty weather. The meal we had was absolutely the most amazing dinner we've had in Porto, hands down! I was dining at "Tasca 7 Vidas" last night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting even if informal, making it the perfect setting for an enjoyable evening.

The traditional cuisine was exquisite, with every dish bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the octopus and baby cuttlefish, both of which were incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection.

We were a group of four and next in line to be seated. Several tables for two opened up and they seated people behind us - understandable. All the tables for four lingered over their drinks or desserts and we were finally seated after 45 minutes.
