We received a very friendly welcome at the restaurant, and we decided to eat inside with the air conditioning, but there were also lovely seats on the patio. We had fried cod (bacalao) a veneza, shrimps (camarão from the daily special), caldo verde (green stew), and clams (amêijoas). We also ordered a bottle of white for the table. Everything came out in perfect timing at the right temperature. The wine (just house white) was delicious and a nice accompaniment to the meal. The clams and fish were absolutely outstanding.
