A Cabana Restaurant Griil Asian cousine — Restaurant in Vila Real de Santo António

We've been before at Christmas and off season and had great meals. But the meal we had last week was one of the worst I've ever had in my life. I can only assume their previous chef has left.

I had the tikka masala, my wife asked for a vegetable korma but was told they only do a vegetable Kashmiri and the kids had sausage and chips.

The two Currys had no taste at all they were basically meat in cream and frozen veg and tinned fruit in cream. The kids sausages were undercooked and they refused to eat them. We thought about sending the food back but it was so bad we just left, we didn't think there was much hope of the chef that let that food go out being able to improve it.

This plus four poppadoms and a bottle of wine set us back 60 euro. We...

the staff is very nice and the food is good with a lot of spices and herbs. Unfortunately the portions are too small (which actually never happens in indian restaurants), the samosas are made with meat which wasn't written on the menu and the prices are higher than it is written on the menu outside (the staff tells you the last point...

Nada destacado, la comida regular y la calidad humana del servicio, lo peor. Veníamos de la playa y nos sentamos en una terraza, dejando nuestras cosas de playa apoyadas en la pared. Nos marchamos y cuando nos dimos cuenta, nos habíamos dejado la silla allí. Pasamos para ver si estaba, pero ni cortos ni perezosos, después de ver que nos la habíamos dejado allí, no se les ocurre otra cosa que dejarla en medio de la calle, cerca de donde estábamos sentados, pero ya sin nadie vigilándola. Nos dicen que pensaban que íbamos a volver y que cuando miraron, la silla no estaba. Nos han robado una silla de playa de 40€ por la falta de cuidado de estos señores con sus clientes. Nosotros nos la dejamos allí sin querer pero lo de ellos fue a propósito. Lo nunca visto, si un cliente se deja una prenda en un local (chaqueta, móvil, llaves), lo más lógico es que los encargados del local la custodien, no que la dejen a su suerte. No los recomiendo. Por cierto, justo en frente, Eddie tiene muy buena cocina y el servicio...
