Initially, we were informed that outdoor seating was unavailable, which we accepted and were seated indoors. The restaurant operates on a set menu basis, priced at 190 QAR per person, a detail we were prepared for. However, the service initially fell short of expectations. Our table was missing basic amenities like tissues, and after a 20-minute wait, not even a simple appetizer was served, and they didn't ask us if we wanted any drinks. The ambiance and decor of Bayt El Talleh stood as the sole positive aspect at this juncture.

The situation escalated when, after an extended wait with no service, I observed a nearby table receiving their set menu promptly. This inconsistency in service compelled me to seek assistance from the management. Fahad, the manager, along with another supervisor, Ayman, stepped in with remarkable professionalism and swiftness. Their actions not only managed to calm the situation but also exceeded our expectations by securing us an outdoor table and ensuring our meal was served immediately. Their efficient handling of the situation completely transformed our dining experience.
