To The Management of Mamig Restaurant, Good Evening.
As we are celebrating the Eid holiday, a friend of mine have recommended your restaurant due to it's outstanding feedback.
As it was recommended by a friend of mine, I chose to celebrate this auspicious occasion and have visited the venue with a guest. Unfortunately, me and my guest had an unpleasant experience and felt discriminated by one of your staff named Mr. HANI.
As we have arrived in your restaurant, we politely asked for a table for two. However, Mr. HANI impolitely and aggressively stated "We don't have" not even a single effort to try to check if there is an availability and atleast try to accommodate us, not even a warm welcome nor smile.
As we were on our way to the exit, we have noticed alot of available tables and chairs which are empty. I have asked the other hostess to offer us table for two and she immediately assisted us and guided us to our table, unlike Mr. HANI who seemed to be unprofessional and unfriendly.
And due to this unpleasant experience, I have decided not to dine in your restaurant and have decided to transfer to other restaurant nearby.
I hope you can speak to your staff specifically to Mr. HANI regarding this matter and I hope it will not happen again to any of your guests irregardless of the nationality instead be flexible and accommodating.
And to highlight, prior we exited your restaurant, Mr. HANI have approached us on our table and stated "I am working for this restaurant for 10 years, if you want to complaint go ahead and complaint because they trust me and they will not believe with what you are saying".
With these statements, it is very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Read moreI was invited to this place and heard should be good. honestly, after having a lunch (party of 10), i can easily recommend to avoid it. Actually not sure why this place has more than 2 stars in a country where there are many Lebanese and middleastern places to choose from Basically 2 starts is probably too much for it. Food was bland, tasteless and overcooked. In fact 3 different type of dishes of kafta that supposed to be different, came with almost same taste, which is no taste! Batata hara, very embarrassed to be Lebanese after that dish, it is soggy potato with tomato paste! Seriously! Fatoush, was a mediocre version of the famous Lebanese slad. even the French fries was a disastrous oily version of fries and cold! I tried many dishes i can't even count but everything was cold and tasteless. Service is slow. i know Lebanese food and i can't imagine Armenian food is different as it is a rich country and culture, so not sure why this place even exist. Pls do your self a favour and don't try it. Best thing on the menu is the bread, but because of the slow service we never had them hot to enjoy them properly.
Edit: I have been told that staff, including chef were changed. Maybe it is under a new...

The ambiance was stunning: elegant interiors with a touch of Armenian charm, and the outdoor terrace offered breathtaking views that added to the festive mood. The setting alone felt like a gift.
Now the food—absolutely divine. We indulged in a variety of mezze, each bursting with flavor and freshness. The Armenian kebabs were perfectly grilled, and the cherry-infused fishne kebab was a standout dish that I’ll be dreaming about for weeks. Every plate was beautifully presented and full of character.
The team even surprised me with a birthday dessert, complete with a candle and heartfelt wishes. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the night truly memorable.
Mamig isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving authentic Armenian and Lebanese cuisine, this place delivers excellence on every level.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!
Its been an amazingly blessed birthday evening indeed...
