Jabal Lebnan Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

As I walked down this street full of Lebanese restaurants, I wondered which was the best # shawarma on this street. It occurred to me that the Jabal Lebnan Restaurant had something inspiring about it. The other reason was that there were probably several delivery men waiting inside and outside, while other shops had hardly any customers as it was a little bit early before dinner time on the last day of the year.

I asked a cheerful member of staff if I could eat inside, but unfortunately the fact was different from what Google had told me and there was no place to eat inside. Fortunately, there were two benches just outside the shop. The man who spoke to me and took my order, delivered me a large shawarma shortly after confirming which type I preferred.

As for the taste of their shawarma, it was very unique. The crispy baked bread, but with a fluffy texture that was so wonderful, it somewhat reminded me of garlic baguette, which I have never seen in any shawarma before. The combination of the chilli mayonnaise sauce with the stuffed chicken meat, French fries, and pickles was so exquisite that I was royally addicted to the taste and the flavour. It was amazing and I definitely agreed with the reason why they are so popular in this fiercely competitive area. Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I recently ordered from this restaurant, and it was a complete disaster. I specifically asked them not to put oil on my bread, yet they completely ignored my instructions. The meat was burnt! On top of that, the fries were rubbery and soggy, as if they’d been sitting out for hours. This shows a complete lack of care in food preparation and quality control.

To make matters worse, when I called to address these issues, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, they were unaccommodating and argumentative. It was clear they had no interest in taking responsibility or valuing their customers.

This experience was so frustrating that I’ve told all my friends and coworkers to avoid this place entirely. There are plenty of other restaurants that care about their customers and take pride in their food—this is not one of them. Save your time and money and...

Culinary Excellence, Service Shortcomings: Jabal Lebnan Review.

Jabal has the ability to boast about having some of the most authentic and ( if i may say so) the best street food to find in not just Qatar, but the gulf. It is fantastic.

However, the dining experience is marred by lackluster customer service. I completely understand that this is not a 5 star restaurant, nor is it a restaurant to sit and eat. It is somewhere just to pick up a quick meal and carry home or find somewhere to munch down your meal. But that should not give the staff the ability to have such low customer service. Don't get me wrong, some of the female cashiers there are pleasant, but the others, terrible.

I can only recommend this place for the food, it is outstanding. Yes I would recommend, but i do hope they do change their attitudes towards staff.
