I don’t know where to even start.

I’m so terrified and disappointed in overall experience.

Entire Hotel stink of cigarettes- my room was even worst - coffee table burned of cigarettes, dirty bath, sink was broken and leaking . House keeping came and even where shocked themselves how bad cigarette smell was in the room.

I wanted to use sauna and when I went up there where many thai or Philippine girls who didn’t speak English. I have to call manager and financial manager who was there told me I have to come back in one hour and sauna will be ready for me .

I went up in one hour - sauna wasn’t even on. More girls were hanging around - also some random man entering the hotel, ladies only spa room was dirty with man hair , man slippers, some tissues and so on. I could clearly see that there is something strange and doggy going on there . Knowing that in Doha there are very stock rules of human trafficking i mentioned to reception lady I will report this place and it’s very suspicious, dirty , ladies room is entered by man who doesn’t even stay in hotel all night long. One of the girls who worked in spa told me they are open all night.

The question is who are you opening all night ? Why there are random man entering hotel?

Another two woman complaint about the same thing to reception woman - I heard Sirian lady who was staying in hotel saying - I don’t feel comfortable that there are constantly man from street entering this hotel! What is this place - why everyone is allowed to come in.

Plug in the room was broken- it’s against health and safety .

Noise, builders working while guest are staying there , none of this was mentioned when I booked .

I spoke to general manager this morning and he was very rude , abusive and threatening me saying I’m not allowed to take any pictures.

I AM ALLOWED TO TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS I WANT TO HAVE CLEAR EVIDENCE!!!

He was laying to me saying hotel is own by. Sheikh Mansour bin Jabor Al-Thani owner of Mansour hotels and gold bay group .

I spoke to Sheikh Mansour Al Thani assistant and general manager of Gold group this afternoon and they said they don’t own this hotel.

It’s unbelievable and not acceptable in any ways . I called back to hotel today asking to give me details of owner and lady who barely spoke English didn’t even know who she’s working for .

This hotel have to be checked inside out and shut down .

I had to ask for my refund and left this awful place .

I attached some of the pictures I have and will show more to people who can take needed measures against them.

Staff at reception kept disagreeing with each other. We booked as a birthday celebration with 8 people to enjoy the roof top bar - there is no roof top bar apparently and another staff member said it's under construction.|Female at reception said she "meant to call me to confirm but didn't" - weird.|Birthday wasn't mentioned at all and the male member of staff was extremely rude, shouting and being so cheeky about a payment he hadn't received straight away. I informed him it was for a different room and I'd send my friend down right away yet he demanded he waited outside my door until she arrived. Very extreme and dramatic, a very horrible man who I'd never want working front of house in my hotel, he was the worst part about our stay and it's a joke he stands at reception to greet people. Took 1.5 hours to get a bottle of wine that cost us £60 and they said we were breaking the law by asking for alcohol before 9pm. As someone who has stayed in this county for over a year, I'm well aware hotels are selling alcohol all day/night and there website states they sell alcohol. Unsure why this was such an issue. Place was dirty, cigarette burns all over the table and a nightclub that opened at 10pm and we weren't allowed in - very odd. Just a disaster from the beginning, thankfully we went out and had a nice dinner in the city and eventually tried to find the funny side but overall a complete waste of money and we will never be back. Breakfast was included and when we ordered, nothing we ordered arrived and the food was not fresh, arriving with clingfilm over all the plates. Called to check as we hadn't ordered what they gave us and reception told me "that's all they had". it's 100% not a luxury hotel and CERTAINLY not 4 star - laughing as I write this as it's such a joke. I wouldn't even give it 1 star...

DO NOT PUT ENERGY TO STAY IN THIS ACCOMODATION ! I must say when we arrived , there was a disco party going on, and the receptionist offered us an upgrade of a room that would be a bit less noisy . the price for the room was completely expensive for the quality given; There is no complaining book at the reception. the toilet was constantly flowing water ( really noisy sound and waste of water 24/7); in the kitchen there was not even a single object to cook with , not even a pot , pan, glass , a dish , cutlery… anything . All empty and also really dirty; there was mold in the bedroom walls and bathroom; the sauna and Turkish bath was not working and dirty; there was a party on the top floor (looking pretty much like an illegal one), even though we tried to come inside , it was denied our entrance, and still after we saw 5 man coming inside , paying cash on hand on these ladies (which does not make your business really transparent) .

Unfortunately, this looks pretty crazy, but in fact I have a lot of pictures to prove these facts .

The only positive fact I have about your hotel is your staff. Everyone was really friendly and helpful (the receptionists, the door keeper, the luggage keeper) (expect the people who were at the door at the upper disco, that I believe they are not...
