The Shrimp Gyoza were a delicate explosion of flavor, perfectly cooked with a delightful balance of textures. The Beef Fillet was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and succulent, complemented beautifully by the rich miso glaze. Even the sweet finale was a testament to their commitment to excellence. The Miso Cheesecake was an intriguing and delicious creation, a harmonious blend of savory and sweet notes that left a lasting impression. And the selection of sorbets – particularly the vibrant blueberry, passion fruit, and raspberry – were bursts of pure, intense flavor, a refreshing and delightful end to the meal

Each sorbet tasted distinctly of the fresh fruit, showcasing the quality of ingredients used.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nozomi, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! This Japanese restaurant specializes in teppan cooking, and the vibrant atmosphere paired with the skilled chefs made for an unforgettable evening.

Hermawan is the star of the show at Nozomi. Watching him while expertly preparing each dish right in front of us he was doing magic and giving us a laugh that made it a day to remember. He showcased impressive knife skills and a flair for theatrics, all while explaining the ingredients and cooking techniques. The aroma of sizzling meats, seafood & fresh vegetables filled the air, heightening our anticipation.

Big thanks to Milanka the service at Nozomi was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I recently had the change to try out the newly opened concept of Nozomi Restaurant located on the 1st floor - Nozomi Teppan. What a lovely experience! The overall design of the place is just extraordinary! It's Teppanyaki experience however with a high dosage of luxury, which is not that common in Doha. The Teppanyaki experience is a unique set menu, which includes a soup, a delicious salad, choices of different dumplings, Teppanyaki prepared mixed vegetables, fried rice and your choice of protein. Everything was cooked with perfection, absolutely delicious. Our Teppanyaki chef, did a great show, and definitely he was the star of the night! There was fire, flaring, a lot of jokes and most important a very good energy! This was definitely a unique experience, and we will definitely come back. The drinks, especially the ginger martini was so good. After the diner, our server advised to move on their terrace which has one of the best views in Doha overlooking the Kempinski Hotel and the sea. What a great idea that was! We enjoyed our time.
