recently had an awful experience at this restaurant, where the staff made it clear that customer service was their last priority. After waiting over an hour with no attention, we couldn’t even get someone to take our order properly. Worst of all, this white shirt staff member was especially rude and dismissive, making us feel entirely unwelcome. Despite trying to get his attention, he acted as like very very unprofessional he need to get everyday training before he start his job If you value respectful service, avoid this place – especially because of that one extremely rude staff member. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers

Good Morocco food ... moderate prices. One of the best Moroccan restaurants in Madrid. Taste as homemade food. Clean, reasonable prices, generous and tasty food. There are a free parking for the restaurant clients. The restaurant owner and the staff was humble and polite.

The food is tradition accurate, really tasty. Great quality quantity price ratio overall. Came here 3 times with my friends and never regretted it. Could improve the service atmosphere, though. More smiles, and gentleness would be the top tier.

En este caso: @restaurante.marrakech.vallecas Ubicación: C/ de Martínez de la Riva, 19. Madrid Metro cercano: Puente de Vallecas Precio: 19€ pp con bebida y postre Experiencia: 3,2/5 ¿Qué comimos? Ensalada marroquí (6€) Plato de pincho mixto (8€) Tajín de cordero (12€) Refresco (2'5€) Tetera pequeña (5€) Dulces (2€) En este caso quedamos bastante defraudados con la comida y los sabores. La ensalada normalita, los pinchos sin sabor y el tajín correcto. Eso sí, me encantaron el té y los dulces. Y por último: ¿volvería? No, en este caso no volvería.

Perfect place to try some authentic Moroccan food. Their harira soup is absolutely delicious, but it’s not vegetarian. (the menu says it is) And their meat tajin is lovely too. Lastly, the green tea is the cherry on top.

Really nice food. We had the skewers and the lamb tagine. Lovely portions and the tagine particularly was excellent. We ate quite early and it was filling up with families as we left. Great value and delicious food.
