Visited 18th Feb. Two of the most miserable female waitresses I`ve ever seen. No eye contact and felt like we were an inconvenience to them for ordering beers. Did not eat there but neither was anyone else at the time. 4 beers came to 110 Lei but after checking bill they had ripped us off with a massive 17.5% " service charge" taking it to over 146 Lei. Pulling a pint is not exemplary customer service, thats the standard for the job, its like tipping a taxi driver for making the car go forward. Visited 10 other restaurants/bars during our stay and ALL the others gave the option of adding the tip if we wanted to, which we did. We were the only people in here early afternoon on a Tuesday and the service wasn’t the most welcoming or friendly, but the decor and unique choice of drinks made up for it! There’s a comprehensive menu available for the draught and bottled options available, as well as screens above the bar detailing each.
