We bought entry tickets for New Year's Eve and when arriving we were told that there is not enough space in the cloakroom for our winter coats and jackets and that we should take them with us inside and keep an eye on them while dancing or that we should put them on chairs if we find any, we saw many guests that just put their clothes on the club's floor, near the walls and everyone was stepping on them because the club was too crowded. Even tough we bought entry tickets, after 12.30 o'clock they allowed free access for anyone, which seems to be unfair . I could say that there was a huge disrespect and disregard on consumer needs from the management and from the security staff. The music was ok but the sounds quality was below average. The only good part was the bartenders area, they were professionals and very kind. I do not recommend this place anymore, especially for events like this.
