Bad experience!

Staff's face is always uncomfortable.

When I entered there were at least 3 staff members standing at the bar but no one came out to ask or tell us where to sit, I had to find a place for a while, then when I changed tables to ouside, the staff cleaner has a very bad attitude. The worst thing happend when i ordered, we want to order 2 croissants( not like in the picture), staff 1(service outside) came and said croissant which i order is out of stuff so i have to go inside and take the new one, ok it's alright. I ordered with staff 2 and 3(service inside). But the staff 1 did not follow me so she definitely did not what i choosed (after she explain that she can not go inside cause she has to service outside)

At least i repeated my order 3 times, but in the end they still serviced wrong. The drink is not good, cake is ok. Will...

Let me start with dessert first because that was worth traveling to Moscow to experience. The Chocolate Cloud is hands down one of the best desserts I've ever had. It's a piece of chocolate cake that literally melts in your mouth as soon as it touches your tongue. Mixed in with a creamy frosting making each bite a taste of pure HEAVEN. If I had a last meal request it would be this delectable, scrumptious, heavenly, fluffy, incredible dessert and nothing else.

As for the rest of the meal it was amazing. The lamb shank is out of this world. We started with the chicken pate and freshly baked home made bread. Ahhh the bread!!!! So good.

Waitress seemed a bit frazzled not sure if they are a little understaffed or overwhelmed but either way it did not detract from one of the best dining...

Horrible uncomfortable place. Was there couple of weeks ago Thursday evening. It was full. Even though I reserved a table in advance they arrange us the seats basically 10 cm away from other tables. It was extremely uncomfortable basically eating at the same time with strangers. Tables are long so you have to scream in order to be heard, and there was already too much noise in the room. Waiters are busy and don't seem to notice you unless you have your lips pumped or you have a mini dog in your purse. The food is too oily, I felt sick when we even haven't finished the dinner. The desserts are nothing special. One of them called 'Chocolate cloud', it's just a bubbled chocolate. The taste of it is basic. I am never going back and won't recommend...
