The hotel is situated in 10-12 minutes on foot from the Kremlin and Red Square on the 3rd floor of historic building. There is no elevator but the hotel sent sms asking if we needed any help with our luggage. ||Rooms aren’t big but comfy, very clean and lovely decorated. There are tea kettle with tea and coffee, safe box, water bottles. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Wi-fi is free and fast.||Bathroom is newly equipped and has all necessary toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. ||We had breakfast included. You order from breakfast menu and if you order it till 10 am, they deliver it to your room.||Stuff is really friendly and helpful. ||The price is reasonable for so nice conditions in the center of the city.||As our staying left only positive impression, I wouldn’t mind to stay...

Very disappointing experience. The place is extremely outdated, carpets are filthy and dirty, bathrooms are moldy and really need some TLC. There was a big construction on the 2nd floor of the building during our stay so it was a big challenge to get in and out. Plus, unfortunately we got to experience 24 hours with a very rude and unprofessional young lady at the reception who couldn’t even follow a simple check marks on the paper to order breakfast. Breakfast isn’t worth it at all, just the convenience of following your morning routine and finishing breakfast early in the room but otherwise there are plenty of wonderful places around with great food choices for any type of meal.
