Stayed in September for 7 nights.|Good things:|1. Very close to the Red Square (5-10 minutes walk).|2. The prices were fair relative to the location (Center of Moscow).|3. Breakfast served in the room, very nice and satisfying.|4. The room and shower were clean.|5. TV is available to pass time.|6. The service and receptionists were very nice and helpful.||Things to improve:|1. There is no elevator, and no bellboy to help you. (If you have a lot of luggage could be a problem)|2. The room was very small (depends on the room), no place to open your normal size suitcase.|3. The shower is small, there is a 25 cm step as go in.|4. Me and my husband stayed here for New Year's holidays for 2 nights, it was his first time in Moscow so I was very excited to show him around. Unfortunately this hotel experience was the worst we ever had. ||||The room was dirty, sheets had some unknown stains on them, breakfast was inedible- microwaved and disgusting. Also, every time when we flashed toilet,turn on water in sink or shower the whole wall started to shake and there was a very loud noise, water was liking all over the floor. ||||When I asked the cleaning lady she simply cursed at me in Russian and walked away. ||||This is a horrible hotel, even location is not worth it. Moscú - es una mega-capital mundial, enorme y cara tanto para vivir como para viajar. No es menos que Nueva York, Londres o HogKong. Con entrada discreta desde un callejón residencial super tranquilo, el sitio inadaptación de dos plantas (2ºy3º) en un edificio antiguo,sin ascensor, habitaciones algo justitas de espacio, recientemente rehabilitadas para el servicio de hostelería. No tendrá todo lo demás que uno espera de un hotel de siempre, pero sí lo más imprescindible: Una recepción 24hh, personal amable e eficiente,||-exelente ubicación en el centro de Moscú, en uno de los barrios más antiguos y emblemáticos frente a plaza Roja Y Kremlin||-una de la calles más emblemáticas - con teatros, museos, restaurantes de moda donde viene la JetSet de la capital.||-perfectamente comunicado, a poca distancia caminando de las tres estaciones de metro más céntricas.||-una ventaja que no hay en otros hoteles- inadaptación de las tarifas para estancias por horas o 1/2 días lo que permite entradas y salida anticipadas (confirmación previa de la disponibilidad)||-el desayuno , si quieres, se encarga y te lo traen a la habitación, pero la abundancia de sitios bonísimos al lado lo hace innecesario.||-te gestionan traslados y excursiones con facilidad.||||en resumen - un sitio perfecto - económico , cómodo , sin pretensiones pero con muchas ventajas con respecto a los hoteles clásicos de toda la vida.||||Como viajo a Moscú por trabajo mucho, desdeluego repetié la experiencia de...
