Poor customer service. Very disappointing experience. Stopped by for coffee and some desserts. No one greeted, no one gave the menu until I requested it after sitting at the table and waiting for 15 minutes. The place wasn’t packed, the waiters didn’t even seem to care about the guests. Took 30 more minutes to get coffee and desserts. Then no one came up to check if we would like something else, or if the table needs to be cleaned from the plates. Beautiful interior in this iconic venue. You'll be immersed in a uniquely decorated interior that brings a time piece back. The desserts were good, although they slightly fell short on the expectations vs the price. The service is impeccable. So between the ambiance and the service it is definitely worth visiting.
