I tried Selenge restaurant with a friend of mine about a week ago. Everything was pretty ok. Just a little flaw: nobody speaks English (and we don't speak Russian, though). Anyway, this wasn't a big problem because a pretty and kind waitress helped us find food and beverages we like. Read moremy experience of eating steak, horse salami and horse milk. It was my first time eating horse meat in my life and it was very good. The taste of the steak was just right, not tough and had no smell. I liked the fatty part of the horse steak, it was very delicious. The salami tastes good. Horse milk, I like the tea-mixed version better than the butter and salt-mixed one.
The service is ok, friendly to customers. As for parking, you have to pay. There is a parking not too far.
