OK food, really bad service! I made a reservation for 3 people via Tomesto (booking partner, which the restaurant is working with). When came to the restaurant, the hostess was not able to find the reservation and was simply insisting, that there was no one, even though I showed her the confirmation I had received via both SMS and Email. She just kept saying, that it happens often with their booking partner Tomesto and that I should have called the restaurant directly to book a table. (Why should it be my issue, that their partner does not work properly??) When we started checking more thoroughly, it turned out, that because I have a Danish phone number, Tomesto did not send it to the restaurant (the hostess is using the phone number to find the booking), and my name was translated from English into Cyrillic incorrectly, so that did not help either. However, when I tried to explain, that it's obviously my booking, the hostess did not really believe but said that they would find a table for me and my friends - as a favor. Then she gave us a table saying that we had 2 h time limitation because it's some kind of 'Prepaid type of table'. After some back and forth, we finally got a table without time limitation. But the start of the evening was completely ruined! The service was really slow and not nice the rest of the evening too, and the staff did not bother to hide their irritation, if we were hesitating with the order and needed advice (the menu is huge). Even though the food was ok (some of the dishes were delicious, some not good), it's not worth it, when the service is so so bad. The unprofessional hostess and slow unfriendly waters ruined the experience and turned it into a huge disappointment. I Will not go there again and will not recommend it to anybody.

Read moreUnfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We ordered food for a person with a dairy allergy and clearly informed the waiter about it in advance. Despite this, after eating the crab and the fish soup, the person suffered a severe allergic reaction. It was deeply frustrating that such an important detail was overlooked — this is not just a matter of service, but of basic guest safety. We also ordered the peach lemonade, but after what happened, it was hard to trust any of the ingredients.
Another strange situation occurred during our visit. We arrived around 12:20 and were the only guests at the time. We were offered to choose any table we liked. However, a bit later, a staff member came over and told us that the exact table we were sitting at was reserved for 3:00 PM, and we would need to vacate it by then. This seemed rather unreasonable — the restaurant was empty, there were nearly three hours until the supposed reservation, and we weren’t a loud group, just a family out for a quiet lunch.
To be fair, the interior and overall concept of the place are quite nice — stylish, cozy, and clearly thoughtfully designed. But unfortunately, those positives are overshadowed by serious issues in service and, most importantly, in how guest health and wellbeing are handled.
Just to avoid any confusion — we paid the bill. What felt strange was that even though it was clear one of our guests felt unwell, the staff said nothing and stayed in the far part of the large, mostly empty...

Our expectations were undermined from the start when we were forced to wait about 45 minutes before our ordered dishes were served. I had planned to order a steak, but was disappointed when it turned out that they had run out of steaks. The waitress recommended the rack of lamb, but unfortunately it was extremely unsatisfactory. The portion consisted of three bones with some fatty meat. I didn't get enough to eat, which was disappointing.
Even the drink, sea buckthorn tea, was not up to par. The tea turned into an incomprehensible substance after 10 minutes - it became like puree for babies, which was also not very pleasant.
Another disappointment was the so-called "cauliflower steak", which turned out to be an undercooked mass in a strange sauce.
When we were choosing between sea bass and dorado, the waitress recommended dorado, although the price was the same. But, unfortunately, the dorado was so small that it was impossible for them to eat, and we were left hungry.
It is also worth noting that the restaurant does not provide discounts for birthday people. As a gift for the birthday girl, they brought a cake in the shape of a crab, which, unfortunately, she did not like.
Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant, and if you do decide to do so, do not rely on recommendations from the waiters. The birthday was ruined by this experience and we feel...
