Everything was great, we didn't mind the crowd, the bartenders were doing a great job with so many people. DJs let me down though. Waiting for 2 hours (arrived after work at midnight, at 2 am I ask them why it is taking so long and the DJ tells us it's been 20 minutes since we requested the song). It's all fine, my friend's song comes on, my song is not there. I wait for 10 songs, when I finally ask the DJ girl how long should I wait, she tells me my request is 20 (!) songs down the list. How is that even possible when we requested songs together?? When I asked her how long she thinks it would take, she told me to multiply by 4 minutes. Rude, and how is this even possible? We never left, and I waited for my ONE SONG for 3 hours and it never came up. Horrible DJs that should not talk to customers like ever. Anyone who actually want to sing at least one song, go to another karaoke. So disappointed and my night was ruined because of this horribly rude and crudely irresponsible service.Thanks...

Strongly recommend to visit after 10pm if you like rock music and crowd. Most of the people here knows how to sing, all songs are in English and there is a good chance that you can find someone to communicate with.
