I PAID 10 TL FOR THE RESTROOM BECAUSE THEY REQUESTED MONEY (3 TL) FROM MY WIFE ALTHOUGH A MEANINGLESS DEBATE FOR THE USAGE OF THE RESTROOM OF THE CAFE WITHOUT HAVING ANY FOOD FROM THE CAFE.
SHE WAS SHOPPING AROUND AND NEEDED TO GO TO THE NEAREST RESTROOM AND IT WAS "RUSTIK RUS RESTORANI". WITH GREATINGS , REQUEST AND PERMISSION OF THE WAITRESS SHE HAD USED THE RESTROOM, THAT'S ALL. BUT AT THE EXIT THE OWNER OR BOSS HAS STARTED A DEBATE THAT SHE HAD TO PAY FOR THE RESTROOM. SHE COULD NOT HAVE PAID BECAUSE SHE DID NOT TAKE HER WALLET OR MONEY WITH HER LEFT IN THE CAR. I CAME HERE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PAYMENT WHEN I HEARD ABOUT THIS DISGUSSTING PROBLEM.
THEY GOT THEIR MONEY 10 TL INSTEAD OF 3TL (BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT ANY MONEY BACK) BUT AFTERWARDS THEY MADE THIS REPLY INSTEAD OF AN EXCUSE AND WITHOUT SHAME. REQUESTING MONEY FROM A PERSON EVEN HE IS CUSTOMER OR NOT IS NOT A TURKISH HABBIT. IT IS NOT FAMILIAR IN TURKEY, BUT THIS CAFE RESTAURANT IS IN TURKEY SOMEHOW. SO I PROPOSE THEM TO MOVE TO EUROPE AS THEY WRITTEN THE CASE IN THEIR REPLY. HERE IS NOT EUROPE OR SOME OTHER COUNTRY. THIS ENGLISH SECTION IS FOR THEIR REQUEST AS STATED IN THE REPLY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE MANY FOREIGN AND RUSSIAN CUSTOMERS.
NOW IT IS THEIR TURN TO WRITE ALL OF THESE IN ENGLISH INCLUDING THEIR INSULTS FOR SUCH A CLAIM.
THEY ALSO CLAIMED THAT WE ARE ROBBING THEM.
SO THINK NOW, WHO IS ROBBER? ME GIVING 10TL INSTEAD OF 3 TL ? OR THEM WITHOUT EXCUSING AND NOT PAYING MONEY BACK.
HE IS ALSO LYING IN HIS REPLY. THE WAITRESS HAS GIVEN PERMISSION FOR THE RESTROOM. BUT THE BOSS CREATED THIS CAOS.
SO THINK TWICE FOR EVALUATION AND COMING HERE.
I AM VERY UPSET FOR SUCH AN AGGRESIVE CRITISIZM BUT I HAD TO, ESPECIALLY AFTER THEIR REPLY AND REQUEST.
BE WELL, BE HAPPY.
Read moreFirst of all, I have to say that I really liked this Russian restaurant. Borscht soup was great, I loved the smoked herring. Dried fish is good but should be shared with a large group of friends, pickle plate was great, Borodin bread was delicious, chicken olivye, or Russian salad with chicken, was very good, I didn't taste the Çeburek but the comments were that the dough was thick and dry and the inside was dry compared to the classic Crimean çeburek. Pelmeni was very delicious, it won me over. Kievsky has never been my taste so it would be wrong to comment but those who tried it liked it. I really like beef stroganoff but the one here didn't appeal to me that much. Kolkhoz style meat ball were very tasty. Golubtsi were great, I like stuffed cabbage anyway, this was like a big stuffed cabbage. Afanasy Marochone is also a very tasty beer. What I definitely recommend: Borch soup, Pelmeni, olivye salad, smoked ringa fish, kolhoz style meat ball and of...
Read moreRustik is a truly unique restaurant, in my opinion. No other place I’ve been to captures the essence of its cuisine’s country of origin quite like this one. The moment you step inside, you’re immersed in the history and atmosphere of the Soviet Union. The walls are adorned with countless vintage items and clothing, creating a charming and nostalgic setting.
When it comes to the food, everything tastes homemade and hearty. I genuinely enjoyed the rich flavors and intriguing combinations that Russian cuisine has to offer. One small criticism would be the wait time—our food took around 30 minutes to arrive.
Other than that, I highly recommend visiting this place...
