Burger Bros Kisimenti — Restaurant in Kigali City

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burger Bros in Kigali, and I must say, they truly live up to their reputation as a haven for burger lovers. The burger I had was hands down one of the best I have ever tasted. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft and toasted to perfection. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me wanting more.

The service at Burger Bros was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. The food was served promptly, and they were attentive to any additional requests or preferences.

While the food and service were exceptional, I must mention that the location of Burger Bros can be a bit noisy on weekends. This is something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter dining environment. However, I found that the quality of the food and the overall experience made up for the noise. The vibrant atmosphere added a lively energy to the dining experience.

If you are a burger enthusiast and find yourself in Kigali, Burger Bros is an absolute must-visit. The incredible flavors, friendly service, and overall dining experience make it worth the visit. Ordered food through a call and was told to pay 5500rwf and send a screenshot of payment and the payment and she said food will be sent in 15 minutes . 30 minutes later we call and she says it is ready and connects us to a motorbike. The said motorbike demands we have to pay 3000rwf for delivery, which is more than half the price of the actual food being delivered.

These exchanges go on for a while and we ask him to return it to burger bros. We call the lady at burger bros and she says it is our responsibility to bargain and does nothing to help telling us refund is also not an option.

She then proceeds to give it to another or probably the same motorbike and he is still demanding 2500 which is also not okay, for the distance (kisimenti to downtown) even 1500 is too much but that is what we are willing to pay. So we have it returned to the counter again and clearly explain to the lady that if she does not give it to a motorbike that will accept 1500 not to bother to give it.

The food arrives after almost 2 hours since the time we ordered, with a burger bros delivery bike. Which seems to me all this exchange with different motorbikes was unnecessary if they had their own delivery person.

Overall, Food - 1 star, because it arrived cold and the cheese had dried up. Service - 0 star, terrible terrible, service the lady was not willing to even be helpful at all.

I hadn’t heard of Burger Bros before this visit. We were just hungry, and my friend suggested it; they’d been there before and said it was good. I’m glad we went.

The Food I ordered a burger with cheese, but they accidentally gave me one without. My friend ended up with mine. Even with the mix-up, the burger was really good.

The patty was flavorful, tender, and juicy. The bun was soft but didn’t fall apart. The sauce and toppings were fresh and well-balanced. I actually enjoyed it even without the cheese; which says a lot. My friend said the cheesy version was even better, so now I have a reason to go back.

The Ambience Clean and stylish space. Relaxed, comfortable vibe. Music was chill; loud enough to enjoy, but not overwhelming. It's the kind of place you can hang out after eating, not rush out.

The Service Staff were polite and moved fast. The order mix-up was minor and didn’t ruin the experience. Everyone seemed efficient but still friendly, even though it was a bit busy.

Price & Value Price felt fair for what we got. The portion was filling without being too much. Good value for quality and taste.

Would I Go Back? Yes. I want to go back and get my proper order this time; with cheese. Probably try one of their other burgers too.
