i wanna share the experience me and my husband had in this hotel! We were looking for a mart because we wanted to buy water after arriving at the accommodation at night, and a female employee told us about the mart on the way out of the hotel, but even if we wanted to buy water, we didn't understand and the female employee stayed still and said she couldn't speak English. She asked us if we had a drink in English, so we said yes, and she took us to a hotel reception When I told the male staff that we wanted water, he asked for 1,000 francs, and the female staff talked to the parking lot staff outside and started laughing loudly at us So i was wondering Why is that employee laughing? I said that wasn't manners to do so, and the receptionist excused himself and said he was laughing because of the people out there It's a completely different situation, and the lady was laughing at us, and she called us in, and we asked them why they were laughing at us, but they didn't say a word It's very rude and unknowledgeable that an employee acts like this in a hotel where many people stay just because we don't understand what they say! I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone and will tell anyone i meet that they are so rude there, and I will only talk about the employee's rudeness whenever i talk about Lebanon hotel. and will stay as a very bad experience and...
Read moreThis place was a breath of fresh air for me after spending several days in a lodge in Uganda that had no electricity or Wifi. I had a flight leaving Kigali at 3am, so I had originally planned on just sitting at the airport from dinnertime on when my guide could drop me off. After seeing how small Kigali airport was upon my arrival flight, I decided that it was not where I wanted to spend 6-9 hours awaiting my departure flight as well. I found Lebanon hotel at the last minute, and they offered me an immediate checkin for 6 or 7 hours so that I could shower, nap, charge electronics, and send emails. I even got room service for some much needed spaghetti to refuel. :-) The staff was SUPER nice and accommodating to me, especially since i literally just walked into the lobby without reservations. They even offered to drop me off at the airport at midnight for free so that my guide wouldn't have to come back and get me. So nice! And super close to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again if...
Read moreI totally recommend this hotel! Starting with the service; they will do whatever is needed to make your experience wonderful. They have a free pick up at the airport, and also drop off when you leave. Besides that, they also brought us to some different places with a car, what we really appreciate it. The rooms are super clean, taking the average in Rwanda, the conditions are super high. Also, the room are bigs, and spacious, with a terrace, and a view to Kigali City. There is an amazing swimming pool, which they clean every morning, and its great to have a swim with the hot weather. The breakfast it’s good; there is different options from salty cooked dishes, to fruits, juices, bread, jam, and nutella. Myself I am vegan, and they make sure every morning I had different options to eat. Overall, we loved the hotel and the experience! Good for holidays but also for work, as...
