Iriba Bar & Terrace — Restaurant in Kigali City

We were looking forward to our meal at Irina, but so many basic things went wrong! We sat outside on the beautiful terrace. It took multiple requests to get menus, then our drink order was confused, then the food took obnoxiously long, there was a piece of bone in the burger meat, and then we had to ask multiple times for the bill. We explained this to one of the staff who offered a very small discount, but even that did not reflect on the bill. Perhaps the staff were all super distracted due to an event going on (which was passed apps for a small group, so O am not sure why this would have been time consuming or challenging), but we were let down by so many errors and lack of responsibility or good customer...

What a beautiful bar, with a soothing and cozy outside seating.

I think the terrace outside this bar is the nicest area of this hotel; well manicured landscape, comfortable seating, and all away from hotel guests traffic, it has a secluded feeling to it.
