Neza SAFARIS — Local services in Kigali City

I hired Neza Safaris to take my children and I on a nine-day trip through Rwanda to see Akagera National Park, the Genocide Memorial, the King's Palace that pre-dates the modern government, the Gorillas, Golden Monkeys, Chimpanzees, and a few other things. I am a 50 y/o woman and my children are 15 and 17. I found Neza Safaris through a Google search preferring to hire locally rather than hire a US company who would just outsource it to a company like this group anyway. I worked with Lilian to plan the entire trip. She was responsive, always answered all of my questions the first time, dealt with my back and forth and changes, met us at the airport upon arrival and explained that our guide would meet us the next morning, and helped us sort through what we really did/didn't need as far as a packing list. I thought pricing was fair and I have nothing but positive things to say about Neza Safaris and our guide Vincent who we were paired with. Most importantly, I felt safe my entire trip. Vincent was very protective of all three of us and interacted wonderfully with my children. Little things came up that Vincent needed to respond to on the fly and he was capable, resourceful, and a wildlife photographer which was a bonus.
