Read moreI used their physical shops and online service hundreds of times but the last experience was terrible. Around 2pm I gave an order from the online store. After 2 hours I received a pork product, instead of what I order, beef. They said they will change it. After another 3 hours, the product came but this time it was a 400gram product, instead of what I paid, 500 gram. So after waiting 5 hours, they literally steal 20% of my product and they refused to pay back for the difference. This is thievery and unacceptable. You cannot do this.
