A lovely little city oasis, Arcomi is charming and lovely high ceilings with neutral colors welcome you. The small splashes of green from the little decorative fake plants give it just the right balance of not feeling too much of a monotone place.

The food was really good, we ordered the zaater babka which was a bit dense but would work perfectly with strong red tea, with just the right amounts of feta and thyme to balance out the rich dough.

The sourdough sandwich with halloumi and vegetables was great, but the eggplant skin was a bit too thick and perhaps required peeling, overall the saltiness of the halloumi and the crunch of pine nuts was a good balance and everything you want from a sandwich. I also like that the bread was not over toasted, so it was still soft enough to bite and not dry.

The French toast was laden with lots and lots of meringue, slightly too much in my opinion but if you like cream it does taste a bit liked whipped cream, overall no eggy flavor and the Nutella was quite generous for this serving, definitely for sharing as too much Nutella can be overpowering and sweet.

Overall it was a wonderful experience thanks to Manish who was attentive the entire time and we will definitely come back to try the extensive breakfast options that range from Mediterranean to European dishes.

Now, you might think I hand out good ratings like candy, and you’d be right – mostly because I’m notoriously picky with where I choose to dine! 🤭 So, when I say Arcomi impressed me, you know it’s real!

Big shoutout to my friend who recommended this gem! From the moment you step in, the place is just fabulous. The decor is absolutely on point – those high ceilings, abundant natural light, and the perfect blend of greenery create such a serene and stylish vibe. 🌱 Seriously, aesthetics galore!

But let’s get to the good stuff: the food! 🤤 We decided to go all out and order a few dishes to sample as much as possible, because everything on the menu looked insanely good. And I’m thrilled to report that almost every single thing I tried was spectacular, with the tiny exception of the risotto balls. The eggs? Perfection! The sandwiches? Divine! And can we just take a moment for the pastries? They were melt-in-your-mouth DELICIOUS! 🥐🍳🥪

The staff were also super nice and friendly, always keen to our needs. The only minor, minor thing (and I’m probably just being picky!) was a slight delay in bringing some of the other dishes to the table.

Despite that tiny blip, Arcomi is definitely a place that lives up to its hype and then some.
