This was my first time trying the restaurant, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad experience from the very beginning. First Impressions: There was no one at the entrance to guide us to a table, and most of the tables were left dirty even though the restaurant was not even 50% full. Service Issues: The service was very slow. I had to ask three separate times just to get plates and utensils for the group. Similarly, I had to remind the staff multiple times to bring the water bottle we had already ordered. Even the bread came stale, and only after insisting did they bring fresh bread. Menu & Ordering: The menu itself was incomplete and had no pictures. When I asked for clarification, the waiter simply told me to “Google it,” which was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Payment Problems: When it came time to pay, their payment system did not work, and they asked me to make a bank transfer instead, which is highly inconvenient and unacceptable for a restaurant. Food Quality & Value: The food itself was average at best—leaning towards below average—and definitely not worth the price. The restaurant is expensive compared to others in the same category, without offering any added value to justify the cost. Overall, this visit was very disappointing. From unclean tables, poor service, and unprofessional handling of the menu and payment, to stale bread and underwhelming food, the experience fell short on almost every front. I do not recommend this restaurant, especially given the high prices compared to what you...

Read moreLoved the interior and atmosphere, it’s what made us go there in the first place! Mr. Omar was at our table, very gentle and kind person! Loved his professional service! He should definitely be at a higher post, no debate. We ordered Fattoush, Hommos and lahme, french fries, Sambousek, Shish Barak and Tawook platter. The portion is very reasonable to the price, and the food tastes really good! My favorite was the Sambousek. They reminded me of my grandmother’s sambousek at Lebanon :) The tawook could be better! One con; found the food a little overpriced. Especially the appetizers..
Would definitely be going there again and...
