Title: A Glacial Pace: NAC's Service Leaves Much to Be Desired
My current experience at NAC can only be described as a test of endurance. The service here has reached unimaginable levels of slowness, leaving me utterly disappointed and questioning the competence of the staff. It's as if time itself has slowed down within these walls.
Attempting to grab the attention of a waiter has become an exercise in futility. They appear to be in a perpetual state of oblivion, completely indifferent to the needs of the customers. Calling them multiple times is just the beginning; it takes an eternity for them to acknowledge the simplest of requests.
Patience wears thin as minutes turn into hours, or at least that's how it feels at NAC. Waiting for a mere glass of water becomes an epic saga, with no end in sight. And the anticipation for the actual food order? It's like waiting for a distant mirage to materialize into a tangible reality.
At this point, it's hard to fathom the level of inefficiency that permeates the kitchen and staff of NAC. Other tables, who arrived long after mine, have been served and are now enjoying their meals, while I sit here, consuming nothing but my own exasperation. It's a disheartening sight, witnessing such disregard for customer satisfaction.
Regrettably, this experience has left an indelible mark on my perception of NAC. The snail-paced service and the lack of urgency displayed by the staff have compelled me to make a solemn vow: I shall not subject myself to this ordeal again. There are countless other restaurants that value their customers' time and offer a far more gratifying dining experience.
In conclusion, NAC's glacial service has shattered any hopes of a pleasant meal. The agonizing wait, coupled with the indifference of the staff, has overshadowed any redeeming qualities this establishment may possess. I urge you to consider alternative dining options, where your time and culinary expectations will be treated with the respect...
Read moreI visited the restaurant twice for brunch and evening coffee. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was disappointing on both occasions. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet during the afternoon, the staff’s response was slow and unfriendly, even though I had made reservations for both visits.
Regarding the ambiance, the place was peaceful, but the lighting was extremely dim. Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the tableware was not up to standard. I had to request plastic spoons and straws because the utensils and glass felt unclean.
As for the food, I tried several main courses, juices, desserts, and coffee. The dishes and juices were average, and the coffee had a noticeably acidic taste. However, I would recommend the rigatoni as a good meal option. On the other hand, the risotto had an overpowering corn flavor, which made the dish unexpectedly sweet.
For desserts, the “Famous Cookie” was delicious, but unfortunately, the parchment paper was stuck to the dessert. Additionally, the ice cream portion was excessively large, overshadowing the main dessert. Serving the ice cream separately would enhance the experience.
The churros were perfectly balanced and enjoyable. However, when I requested the dessert for takeaway, the sauce was not included, which was quite disappointing. Given the price and the restaurant’s reputation, I expected better service and attention to detail.
I sincerely hope the restaurant improves its service quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience...
Read moreThe seating and decor are amazing. But unfortunately that’s the only thing good here. Paying way too much for tasteless food. We ordered the halloumi fries and they were the only good dish. I was so surprised when I tasted the popcorn chicken as I’ve read so many positive reviews about it but it was awful. Absolutely bland and very hard to eat; it was like eating paper; no flavor whatsoever. We also ordered the rigatoni as it’s always a safe dish and had many good reviews and I was stunned when I tried it. Personally, it was unedible. You can literally make it at home so much easier and better it’s really hard to mess up pink pasta and that’s why I was shocked. It had a very weird aftertaste and the parmesean cheese tasted very off (it tasted like dust). The pina coladas were okay but were more just pineapple juice for 29sr. We later ordered curtados and their famous cookie. The cookie tasted extremely basic for 62sr! I wish I could say their customer service was good but it wasn’t. Only appealing thing about it are the pretty plates and decor, such a waste as it has so much potential but bad food. If the food was good; it would have been my new favorite spot. They also serve brunch only on Fridays and Saturdays which is...
