McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

I visited this outlet based on the Google Maps timing which shows it opens at 3 PM. However, when I arrived, the store was still closed. I waited outside and when I inquired, I was simply told to "wait." There was no clear communication or signage regarding the actual opening time. This lack of coordination and customer service is disappointing. Please update the opening hours on Google Maps to reflect the correct timing and avoid inconvenience...

Employees mess up alot. And the place is very dirty. They gave me a dirty tray which I exchanged. Bathroom you're walking in pee and water. For the burger they only added 2 pieces of 2mmx2mm onions. Just two tiny pieces. No lettuce. We ordered a large meal and they only Filled the fries halfway. It's half empty. They make very bad burgers. . First and last time I go to this McDonald’s. The cashier tried to steal 5 riyals from me and left me waiting for change. 5 or 500 riyals, it’s still money!
