Well, this branch urgently needs renovation because of it's great hospitality from the staff and they need more space to regulate the work here. I find it little bit congested and unorganised since it is been here for a very long time! And the modern design for the newly opened branches just stunned me previously. And since this branch is beside a busy street, they definitely need restrooms 🚻 here! 🙂

Upon coming here, the staff immediately wanted to serve me what I need, I understood that he realised how precious my time is! which was absolutely great! 💯 10 out 10 for the professionalism.

As always the coffee was top notch, obviously it was made from ETHIOPIAN beans, one of the finest and my favourites! 🫶🏻😌✨☕

Hopefully in the future, if it ever gets renovated, I will definitely revisit! Awesome day with great...

Coffee sets the mood of my day! If I have a yummy coffee it would give me energy to do my work and run my daily errands!

Arfaz, (the barists) never fails to lighten our mood! He consistently serves my family and I the yummy Pistachio Latte, Cappuccino and hot Chocolate with the exceptionally delicious pastry! His smile, welcoming gestures and friendly approach made us drive from Malaz to Sulaimanya just to get our coffee! He did build relationships with his customers! It is amazing to observe him how he enthusiastically serve the customers!

I also want to mention how coffee address aesthetically designed their shop! Different branches shows the same artistry not only in their coffee but evidently seen in their shops!

I visited The Coffee Address - Dhabab branch at 6:30 pm on Sunday the 3rd of October, when they had the world coffee day promotion, the server told me it was some kind of a black coffee so asked him to add a couple of teaspoons of milk or any kind of coffee creamer to it because I couldn’t drink pure black because it was so acidic but he refused vigorously and kept saying no no no no no!! System not allow !!

So my husband and I simply left to pick up a better coffee with better service and attitude from a nearby place never to return...
