Affordable asian food and big portions. The place is warm and welcoming, the food was great and flavorful. We ordered a California roll mix 5/5: very good and spicy. Fried crab sticks 5/5: the kids loved them. Shrimp tempura 5/5: big shrimp 🦐 enough for the a family to share. Miso soup 5/5: the only small soup they have and it's enough for 2 to share. Tom yum soup 5/5: with seafood and it has the perfect balance. Chicken ramen udon 3/5: the broth is so flavorful but the noodles were disappointing; not udon more like flat noodles. Sweet and sour chicken 5/5: very good that everyone loved it Japanese fried rice 5/5: comes with beef and it has a great smokey flavor. Szechuan beef 3/5: not thin and fried as usual, not spicy as well. Was a bit disappointing. Black pepper beef 3/5: the beef was chewy and the sauce was not as good as hoped. Chop suey with seafood 4/5: they don't serve only vegetables it has to come with seafood!!!! The variety of vegetables were limited so we didn't really enjoy it. We ordered from the bakery as well. We got a red velvet slice 4/5: fresh and tender. Sans rival slice 4/5: first time it was really old and dry we asked them to change it. Then it was a perfect meringue cake, loved it but the butter cream was really fatty. Nutella milkshake 4/5: my son liked it. Overall, we have been here twice so far, the food was really good and affordable, the service was friendly and patient. I would recommend it for authentic...

I have never had a restaurant actually serve me inedible food before. Bad yes, poorly presented or cold cold also but never actually impossible to eat.

I ordered fried, crab with garlic and peanuts, I’ve eaten similar dishes before it always soft shelled crab.

In this case however it was not, a regular brown crab that had been battered and deep fried, my tools to attempt to eat this monstrosity? A fork. No claw crackers, skewers nothing.

I asked the waiter about this he had no idea went to get the chef, the chef confirmed it was usually a soft shelled crab but they didn’t have any so rather than ask me to change or take it off the menu they just served a full hard shelled crab.

I made it clear I was not happy about this but they just gestured to the fork and did nothing.

At the end of the meal after I requested the bill the then offered to cook me something else (lead time was 30 minutes and they could see we were leaving). I declined and the insisted on billing for all the items including the crab.

I feel scammed, and it speaks volumes to their attitude to customers that they did this in the first place and then did nothing to resolve it and charged for inedible food!

Absolutely...

It was not our first time to dine in at this place but the service crew even in the cashier is not aware their new mode of payment via online which it was newly introduced to us. The instruction is scan the barcode and pay via online, personal details of customer and card details were entered before check out and once paid they will receive a alarm that they have an order to prepare. Upon exit they caught our attention if we are already paid, the cashier rechecked their system which was reflected already that payment was settled even before the order was served to us. Please let your team orient regarding this new online payment since all of them are unaware and confused. If they are still in doubt regarding the online payment scheme much better they should return the conventional mode of payment. They are accomodating to us and the food is great but only that part made us...

Cusina with the foodie gang! 🤭❤️ 🎄🫶🏼 Cusina is one of the best to try among the international cuisines situated in Sulaimaniah. It has the homey vibe ambiance which is very relaxing. I highly recommend their lumpia, mixed shrimp and veggie platter, chopsuey, and the bagoong rice. 👌 Even though there was some waiting time a bowl of chips with vinegar sauce are offered as an appetizer. They also offer milk teas in a can here. Most of us ordered Thai Tea. Probably just a few condensed milk would make it better. But anyhow, it’s quite good. Probably would love to come back soon :)) I just came back by myself and tried some of their menu :)

We arrived at a restaurant on a Friday morning at 9:00 AM, hoping to try Filipino breakfast, but it was not available on the menu. We ordered from the regular menu instead. The service was good, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The food was average overall, but the Sizzling Garlic Chicken was particularly good. However, the braised lapu-lapu was quite disappointing. The fish was bland and tasteless, and it was clear that it had been fried separately and then covered in sauce. We hope that this was a one-time occurrence, and that the lapu-lapu will be better prepared in the future.
