McDonald's — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

We’ve reached this branch at around 06:40am today, my husband tried to open the door but it’s closed so when he saw a staff inside, he asked via sign language what time they will open and the staff responded via sign language also that it will open at 07:00am. So we decided to wait until 07:05am, still they’re not opening, so we tried to call the attention of the staffs inside which are just STANDING, doing NOTHING. And that’s the only time a staff came near the door to tell us that they will open after an hour more because the machine was broken. I’m so disappointed and so so so pissed because no one bothered to tell us about the situation earlier, they saw us waiting and standing just outside the door, they didn’t had the initiative to come and tell us that they couldn’t open at 07:00am because a machine was broken. They just went near us at 07:05am when we called their attention again because it’s already past 07:00am and we’re wondering why they’re still not opening. No one cared about us waiting and standing there, wasting our time for nothing!!! We just wanted to have a good breakfast but the staffs doesn’t care about the customers!!! Two more others were there waited for 07:00am because I told them that the store will open at 07:00am. Also, the tables were always dirty whenever we visit this branch especially at the family...

"Unbelievable Deals + Great Food = Happy Day! 🍔☕🍦"

On December 29, my friend Michael and I visited McDonald's to grab a snack. It was the last Sunday of their 1 SAR Americano coffee deal, which runs every Sunday until December 31. But that’s not all—they had so many deals yesterday that we ended up having an amazing meal for just 3 SAR! 😲

It felt like a feast for such a small price, and we were so happy and delighted.

The higher management should definitely be more involved. They have ruined the reputation of one of the best and oldest branch in riyadh. I really despise the quality standards of this branch. I cannot belive that the branch I used to love as a kid is probably one of the worst in the city. You will be lucky if you get a decent burger usually the whole thing is cold or the bun disintegrates. If you tell them to re heat it they will take 5 Mins to do so. The portions have gotten smaller the burgers doesn't look appealing as before. The fries are mostly burnt. The big macs are now so small that they are wrapped in paper instead of a box. The big iPad thingy is too complicated and offers/ads are only in arabic. And I once was blatantly refused by an employee to take order at the cashier. 4 out of 5 times the classic burgers will taste like a fried peice of shoe. It makes me think twice to eat food at the place. I hope they don't screw up...
