Rudy pizzeria — Restaurant in Municipality of Olaya

My mate and I came here on a sunday afternoon whilst visiting Saudi. We had truffle fries which were cooked very well. Crispy outside, with a fluffly middle, that had some grated cheese on and truffle sauce on ghe side. We then had a spicy sausage pizza, which was a thin crust. Cooked really well in a stone oven, so the cheese was melted and stringy. The sausage wasnt spicy but full of flavour and it was excellent. Only negative was the sausage needed to be cooked a bit before going on the pizza, as the fat and been cooked out and made the pizza a little wet. We also had the rib pizza, which again was cooked very well. It wasnt as good as the sausage pizza, as it had cream cheese on, which personally isnt my favourite and the wrong texture for pizza. Staff were friendly and helpful, with fast service. You need internet as the menu is on a qr code. I would highly reconmend, with it all costing around 20 pounds each, with a coke...

2 of our food selections were not available (Calamari, Chicken Milanese) and they recommended us to try the short rib pizza, only to ask us 20 minutes later if we were ok to wait 20 more minutes, which we said ok. Then immediately they come back to inform us that this order takes 2 additional hours rather than 20 minutes & basically told us to pick another type of pizza.

Mind you the restaurant was actually empty around our visit time and it was in the middle of the day and not anywhere around closing time for any order to take this long to prepare nor that half of the menu is not available.

The waiter service was ok, but honestly would not...

Honestly, I have ordered rigatoni, lasagna, and pepperoni pizza. All three portions was salt free i’m not sure if the restaurant is for patients with high blood pressure or what.

The rigatoni was super dry. Hence we were three we had to eat from the plate for sauce.

The lasagna had a taste of microwave, that means it was microwaved.

Last but not least the pizza was sweating oil and was too sweet for a honey pepperoni pizza 🫤.

The only good thing was the waiter and...
