A great property with amazing structure and situated in a nice location in Olaya.
Food • Had a continental buffet on all the days with a good international spread, which was arranged in the main restaurant.
Accommodation • Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily if required. However, there are privacy lights that can be switched on if you do not want housekeeping staff to enter the room. • Separate lighting system is available near the bed along with the panel that is really useful during day and night to keep the required lighting as per your liking.
Facilities • All rooms had a Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries, towels, bath robes and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee and Creamer are also placed in the rooms and more could be requested if necessary with unlimited water supply. • Every room comes with a TV and Hot/Cold water for showers. Separate Bath Tub was placed outside the bathroom but within the washroom area. A safe keeping facility is also available to be used to keep your valuables safe. WIFI is also provided for every room and it is fast. • The gym at the hotel is a world class, with all the newest technology. There’s a nice long pool and two separate salons for both Men and Women. • Finally has to thank the Manager Mr. Rizwan who’s pillar in the customer service and guest relations as you can have a pleasant and an informative conversation with him about Riyadh and the Hotel. The hotel has two restaurants, 56th Avenue and Azure. • Special Thanks to the staff in 56th Avenue Elvis, Amelyn and Waseem. Waseem has to be further appreciated as I made a special request to make me “Masala Chai/tea” in the morning and only he was able to provide me the required taste and quality tea. • There’s another great Spanish Restaurant named Azure where food is commendable. Special thanks should be given to the nice ladies Nisrine and Anna for taking care of me when visited the restaurant. • House cleaning staff were professional and kudos to Mohideen for taking care of guest needs.
Value for money: • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel. However, if you are taking a full-board package, remember to use the gym as the food portions are really big and...
Read moreI had my engagement party here in Alfairouz hall last month. The wedding hall manager Mr.Mohammed was great and very helpful and always answers all my questions and welcomes my visits to the place. The party went very smooth and nice. Almost everything I asked for was there and arranged as requested. The ladies with me were very helpful, the coffee was great, the dinner was fantastic.
However, here are some notes I have to the management or however interested to have their party here :
The check in process from the reception was not smooth, they were like surprised that I came at 2 pm, they said it’s early to come to the wedding hall?! I had to explain that I’m the bride and I have a party and my makeup artsis will come to the bridal lounge at 2 pm and I have to be there.
-My wedding planner was not happy about the settings, and said it was very difficult to deal with the hall managers and the regulations made his work more complicated.
the desserts I brought for diyafah, I was hoping to take them back with me as there was large amount left. However, it was taken already without clear permission. I just hope in the future if they can keep it till the end of the party and ask the bridal family for permission, if they can take it.
There was no electronic safe in the bridal lounge as I was promised. I wish if you can add one as it’s much needed!
The bridal suite I got was not prepared for a bride, it was normal. The AC was not working so I had to call someone to come and fix it which was uncomfortable experience.
-The breakfast the morning after was supposed to come to the room. However when I called for it they asked me to come down to the regular buffet ? I had to explain again the package I have to get it to the room (it took a while! ).
Otherwise, it was all perfect and my guests loved the...
Read moreUNSAFE HOTEL!!!! During a business trip last week , I discovered a HOTEL STAFF hiding in my bathroom and peaking at me while I was inside my room . I had entered the room and was inside for about 4 min . The hotel staff didn’t announce himself nor warn me of his presence when I entered. He only left the room after my loud screams and reaction when i discovered him peeking at me from my bathroom.
What is completely shocking is Hotels unacceptable and insulting response to such an incident “Simple facts, unintended confusion “.. As per GMs response and analysis, the hotel staff was the bell boy who had dropped my bags in the room . He left the room and apparently came back inside to attend a service request .
1- Since when does a bell boy carry a service request ? 2- Why wasn’t the door open?? And Why didn’t he announce himself or warn me of his presence ?? 3- How can I put a privacy message when I had just checked in and there was someone already INSIDE???? (Because as per GM, i should have had my privacy message on ) which is an extremely insulting answer !! 4- This incident requires IMMEDIATE intervention!!! You can’t allow a day and even worse an entire night to pass by before trying to reach out
What is SIMPLE FACTS is that is a BREACH of safety and Security . MY safety was compromised and Your property is nowhere near safe nor trustworthy!!
Hyatt network, you should be ashamed to have such incompetent , unprofessional Senior Management handling your property !!!
I will make sure to continue circulating this incident in every possible way as this incident could have lead to serious repercussions and travelers should be aware of the DANGER that your hotel...
