My recent visit to Liger Cafe left me more disappointed than impressed. The atmosphere, with its cozy vibes, held promise for a pleasant experience. However, this was overshadowed by significant drawbacks.

Firstly, the absence of Wi-Fi was a letdown, especially when seeking a spot to work. The frustration deepened when inquiring about electric ports. The response was vague – a mere gesture toward one without clarity on its functionality. Language barriers, evident despite attempts in both English and Arabic, added unnecessary confusion.

On a separate note, the coffee fell somewhere between average and forgettable. It didn’t leave a lasting impression, unlike the disappointment stemming from the lack of essential amenities.

Experienced the worst customer service by Farouz in this store. I’m still quite taken a back by the way he dealt with me. I paid for a Spanish latte I asked for less syrup to which he replied we do not add syrup its a ready made powder. I asked for him to change it to a latte instead. I waited 20 minutes customers that had came after me were served and left. Eventually the buzzer alerted me by coffee was ready. I asked his colleague if it was a latte or Spanish latte? He replied “It’s a Spanish latte.” I politely told Farouz I asked you to change it he proceeded to rudely roll his eyes huff and puff like he was annoyed and I was a inconvenience in front of the whole shop. I addressed his behaviour as being rude and is not how you treat any customer that has been very polite with you. I immediately asked for a refund as wish not to spend my money, where I’m being treated in a disgusting manner. Thank you to his colleague who apologised in his behalf and tried to rectify the issue. Incredible! I was pleasantly surprised as the cafe was empty but ended up so yummy!! My favorite thing was the kinder cookie that comes with icecream and cereal on top. It took a while in the over so I knew it would be amazing and it was unbelievable! We also ordered the french toast stuffed with cream (قشطة) and icecream on the side. It was also so delicious!! The last thing we ordered were the kinder brownie and it was good but I’m not the biggest fan of brownies so take what I say lightly there. Their flat white was also amazing. The iced spanish latte wasn’t my personal preference it was too sweet and milky. The customer service is so good too we spilled some of the coffee and they gave us a brand new one for free without us asking for it.
