it's a great place , food nd coffee are very special nd unique , only high standard people can enjoy fully because of its high quality ingridence they use it's a bit twisty to find out , for low standard people white garden is not a good place . they will never understand it's quality of service nor goodness of food , only set back is in family section service unprofessional staffs,staffs struggle to understand orders that we give ,most didint understand English well nor Arabic but they are trying well to give s best service, another worst thing some staffs run for customers leftovers , too much light on out door family , single section s perfect in some sense , all most all waiters have a good smile on dr face even some times order get late but they understand nd give extra gava , this trick of them make s feel good even service s late , manger of single section even I met him first time he treat me like he know me from long time with smile nd never miss come to me check my orders get in time nd I'm feeling comfortable or not , not only with me but with every one , he have lots of known customers too they call him from every where . my favourite honey cake nd...

Extremely bad customer service. I visited previously before this visit with my wife and it was OK. However, when I brought my parents and my family here, the customer service was really bad. There was also no meat available. The worst thing was getting rushed to pay 750+ riyals while we still were in the middle of our meal. "My shift ends at 3PM so pay the cheque now". If your shift ends at 3, don't take a customer at 2:20PM and then tell them to pay up. It is extremely rude and my parents found it to be very odd and became dissatisfied immediately. This is not how you treat customers. There was no shame and when we said please add this and that to our order, the reply three times was "OK but please pay the bill because my shift is gonna end". And then another individual who wasn't serving us came to explain to us as if we didn't understand what he was saying "pay the bill beforehand please, I have to close the system at 3". What system? And why should this be the customer's issue?!?! This is not satisfactory at all. I felt so embarrassed recommending my family to this place and then having this...

The ambiance of the place was okay for the “single” section. The family section was waay better. Their coffee was delicious to be honest. They’re using ‘illy’ coffee, if you’re a fan. I tried their ‘cold’ latte, it was pretty sweet with whip cream and chocolate drizzle and other stuff as well. My friend tried their hot latte and was happy about it.

We tried a dessert that’s called ‘home sweet’ which was the perfect amount of sweet.

As for food stay away of their ‘sushi’ they were horrible & doesn’t live up to the other things they offer.. They sucked really bad that I was so close to purging them back.. disgusting
