In the land of spas and woman’s treatments, it can be hard to know where to go for good service. The ladies spa at the Hyatt Regency manages to create a relaxing refined atmosphere without being needlessly opulent. If you are looking for a place to get out with a good girlfriend or two this is just the place. (The spa isn’t big enough for the mass gathering of 20 ladies all wanting treatments)
I went with my 2 besties and we had a lovely afternoon of hydro facilities and a delightful massage. The massage starts off properly with foot washing (to ensure your dirty feet do not touch the massage table) after a good wash and light scrub/massage you climb on the table for an hour of blissful kneading. The spa uses Elimis products which are quite nice. The lavender oil is a must try if you like aromatherapy. After an hour of pulling and pushing your muscles into a more pliable form the massage concludes with the most delightful head and neck massage (including scalp massage) just before you drift off to sleep the ladies let you know they have treats for you in the recovery room.
The recovery room is off to the side with 2 loungers and side tables between them. (This is the reason why 20 besties can’t go- not enough room for the post massage shopping gossip session) the room is enough for 3 ladies to squeeze and share a much needed laugh after a blissful set of treatments. Don’t worry if you are the sort that gets hungry at the spa- the room service menu is available to you (if you don’t want to head out into the hotel to explore the other nice restaurants)
The ladies spa has a fantastic steam room, dry sauna and a nice hot tub that is perfect for relaxing and floating in. If you are into proper hydro therapy, they have an amazing multihead shower that can be used hot or cold along with a fresh bowl of crushed ice for cold therapy (not my fave, but you do you) All in all it is well worth the price for treatments and or facility access. There is a gym as well if that is what you want on your spa day (again not my fave, but you may want to reach your target heart rate before blissing out) When you are ready to go they have complimentary amenities such as combs, deodorant, lotion, cotton buds and more. There are enough things to help ensure you are more than presentable before exiting the spa.
Lastly, the staff is super nice- especially Fatma from housekeeping who kept checking on us to see if we needed fresh towels or anything.
I totally recommend for a...

A heartfelt thank you to Mahmood, the Spa Manager, whose warm welcome and attention to detail made me feel valued and cared for from start to finish. His professionalism and hospitality elevated the entire experience.
Zakariya delivered, without question, the best Moroccan Hamam and Deep Tissue Massage I have ever experienced.
And to Wissem, my incredible personal trainer — your energy, motivation, and tailored workout guidance have truly transformed the way I train.

Read moreI booked an appointment for a Mani/Pedi and a message. I was really pleased with the Mani/Pedi, but they didn’t have a great selection for nail polish colors. Ot was really limited, which is surprising for such an establishment. The massage was FANTASTIC. My masseuse was Eden (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was wonderful and understood exactly what I needed. I informed her of my lower back problems and told her I don’t want too much pressure, and she applied pressure that was just right. Alhamdulilah I felt to relaxed and my body felt like butter after. Afterwards, she sat me down and gave me some tea and fruit. You can stay as long as you want and they let you use their other facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room). My only issue is the price. It was pretty expensive, but I guess since you have access to the other facilities, maybe it’s reasonable? I dunno. Overall, my experience was 1000/100 and I will definitely be...
