Narcissus Hotel Riyadh — Hotel in Municipality of Olaya

Their service not worth the money! On the check in day, I called up their spa alternate with hotel front desk to book an appointment for a spa session. For a good 30 minutes, no human pick up the front desk phone call. Was disappointed while waiting our room to be ready, there's no any complimentary beverage or drinks provided. Front Desk check in staff clearly didn't check on our check in request which we mentioned in the booking request. Is a huge shame that their staff can not differentiate both their long hair female guest, and addressed them as MR. The room is nice and clean with smoke detector BUT! without any fire sprinkler system. And also not in sight of their emergency fire evacuation exit plan. Stayed in 6 floor, was shocked to find out one of the french window was loose and can be open widely. Went to their spa front desk to book an appointment session, struggled to get appointment fix as their spa front desk staff couldn't communicate well in English. And the massage is a total, TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Hotel front desk manager promised to give discount on any spa session that we pick up as compensation but non received. Narcissus hotel advertising a closed down seafood restaurant. We were on our way to check out the seafood restaurant only to find out that the restaurant area at that level like a haunted place with lights off. We asked around, some of the hotel staffs even told us the restaurant is still open! Like seriously? We had buffet dinner in the hotel's east to west restaurant. Out of my suprise, for the buffet, all beverage are not under cover by the buffet, any beverage ordered need additional charges. Same goes to the next day morning's breakfast buffet. Coffee and tea for breakfast buffet, all with additional charges. Can you believe that? Their cafe has the worst customer service. We walked in to check on their cafe menu. No staff bother to approach us eventhough they were just standing behind the counter. There were construction working on around the clock, drilling concrete sound stayed with us from the moment we steps into the room till 12 midnight. Then redume as soon as 4 am in the morning and it is really really really loud, disturbing and annoying. Last but not least, their duvet cover has few holes. رأيي: عجبني الاستقبال و خدمة توقيف السيارة اجراءات الدخول و الخروج اخدت وقت اكثر من المتوقع التصميم جميل الفندق جدا هادئ العزل جدا ممتاز سرعة تنفيد الطلبات جداً مقبول ما عجبني الكيكة اللي قدموها و لا وفروا باقة الورد لذلك اقترح التجهيز من خارج الفندق الاسعار جدا مرتفعه للبار و الثلاجة يأخذوا تامين ٥٠٠ ريال!!و يسترجع عن الخروج!!
