I went a few weeks before Eid Al Adha, hoping to make a “new summer look” with Jay Suleman. However, the result was exactly the opposite and i had the worst look ever in my life. First of all, i showed her the color i was looking for and then i clearly stated i wanted to lighten the overall look (base and highlights)and that i wanted ash green shades then she showed me a photo of a client of hers that would be similar to my final look and we agreed on that. But to my surprise, she kept on telling me you want the warm color and so she actually colored my base with a very dark color, then the highlights were very little that no one actually noticed them especially the front (crown) area. I called the next day hoping to fix this misunderstanding, and they told me to come back and she would try to do something about it. She did little more highlights only to the front area and they were not equal in size and they were not blended with the dark base at all. So it is now even worse and the highlight color is yellow/gold/beij, the opposite of what i want. After she washed it asked to do my hair straight and i found that very unpleasant she said i will only blowdry the front area and then i will wash it and just do it curly with gel and diffuser, otherwise you have to pay for this service! The funniest thing is the pricing was extremely high and with that bad result i feel sorry that i had to go through all of this. even my hair went through the damage of bleaching for no result at all. They told me the actual cost was 4,200 Sr and we will make you a discount and now it costs 2,700 Sr. Well it would be worth it if the hair specialist was a professional and did a great transformation, but for that result i would never ever go back to them again, and i warn everyone from making this huge mistake by going to the same lady who ruined my hair color. So frustrating , i would give it a zero rating only if i could. I reserved an appointment a day before for a manicure and pedicure at almanahil. I wanted fake nails and gel on my hands and nail polish on my toes. The day of my appointment I came in and they had a problem in their system. They had put a customer with me at the same time. They told me I had to wait until that customer finished although I made an appointment a day before. That customer left before finishing and so they took me back in and I started my appointment. They didn’t have my nail color but that wasn’t a big issue (mine was dark sparkly red). I chose from what they had. Everything went great and I finished my appointment. Loved the nails. They were a bit wobbly though and not secure. NOT EVEN 24 hours later they broke. I PAID 701 SAR and they couldn’t even last one night and day. I did them at night the day before and the next morning after trying to just open my closet door the broke. I made sure to be gentle and cute with everything. I did it on the night of may 27 and in the morning of may 28 they were gone. Harbelle the nice lady that did my nails was the absolute sweetest sweet sweety. The job wasn’t done so properly though and I am not satisfied at all. I had my graduation party that day so I had to go to another spa and get my 2 broken...

My hair was fallen off after Noha the Lebanese hairdresser over bleached my hair and even she couldn't tone the colour as agreed.!! She was on her phone while bleaching my hair leaving it on for far to long burning the bottom of my hair off. She even 2nd bleached my hair in one sitting!! Which I never agreed to as we did a strand test a month before to check it wouldn't break as I was growing my hair.!!! She decided to do a 2nd bleach at the basin without asking and left on for 1 hour.!!! I have spent over £2000 on treatments, hair cuts, products to help recover my hair and still it isnt the same will take months till it's long again. She didn't care what she had done never an apology just she would say " Its normal for this to happen" no professional hairdresser would do such a careless mistake. I even had to fight with the manager to offer some treatments to help with my hair but even then wasnt done in a compassionate way.!! I'd recommend never get your hair coloured there they aren't up to date on techniques and very un professional in colour and costumer...
