I quite like the Walter BBQ {Top Tier, Serbian Barbeque} & ESPECIALLY the WALTER BBQ Resturant located at our Biggest Shopping Mall/Centre, Galerija or Internationally "The Gallery" 🥂 The Atmosphere Of The Resturant is ABSOLUTELY breathtaking, Aesthetically speaking! Esepcially If you decide to dine in on the Balcony taking in the Beautiful scenery 🕊️ It's the Biggest & most Lush Shopping Center in the Balkans {~ Off track, ladies & gentlemen but Galerija Shopping Center offers THE MOST Diverse Caffe's, Bars & Resturants which offers quite a Large Array of International Quisine, Sweets & Drinks, so you will definitely find what suits your Pallete irregardless}! Now back to Walter BBQ, I'd definitely reccomend anything on The Menu {Just make sure that If you order our Pljeskavica, Sarajevski Ćevapi of 5 or 10 pieces carefully placed in a Traditional Serbian bun called a Kejzerica that you ask for additional fillings and you shall recieve them in record time}! The Food is VERY filling & extremely flavourful as Serbian Barbeque tends to be. You can also order side dishes like French Fries & Rustic (Domaćinski) Serbian Wedge Fries, side Salads such as the Šopska Salad or Šopska Salata, Srpska Salata aka Serbian Salad {It's got peppers and Goat or Feta Cheese but you can alter some things if you so desire}. The Poultry Dishes (Especially the Smoked Trout Fillet Is delectable!!!) and Traditional Serbian Sweets (TOP NOTCH, Tufahije, Baklava or Urmašice) to end the Dining Experince is an amazing way to end the Experince on! This evening (March 29, 2024), my friend and I decided to have dinner at the Walter restaurant located in the Galerija shopping mall. We ordered four 0.03 shots of rakija, two salads, and two meat dishes. After finishing our meal, we asked the waiter for the bill. The waiter brought it over, I paid with my card, and then the waiter immediately took the bill, the receipt, and the tip book. After paying, I noticed that the bill was higher than what we had ordered. We checked the prices on the menu and found out that instead of 4000, we had paid 5300. We called the waiter over to discuss this, and asked to see the bill. The waiter left and returned with cash in hand (without the bill), his hands shaking, and returned the difference, stating that there had been a mistake and it was actually the bill from another table. We decided to speak with the restaurant manager about this, questioning why we weren't left with the bill after payment, to which the manager said the waiter knew about the mistake, which is why he took the bill to correct it. However, if the waiter was aware of the error in advance, why then did he bring us the payment terminal and ask us to pay an obviously incorrect amount? Why did we have to call the waiter over ourselves to inquire about the mistake? The manager did not provide a clear answer, simply stating that such errors happen up to 15 times a day and the waiter had just added an extra portion to the bill, although the waiter had previously said the error was because it was actually the bill from the next table. I believe that both the waiters and the manager are complicit, perhaps trying to deceive us because we are foreigners? I absolutely do not recommend...

We came here for lunch after someone recommended the restaurant to our visitor. Sadly we didn’t have the best experience. We easily found a table inside, which wasn’t the cleanest. It took a while until the waitress came to take our orders. We got our drinks. Then waited a while until the salads came, which didn’t come with extra plates, so we couldn’t even start eating the salads. No waiter or waitress came to check on us in between. We sat there for the longest time waiting for the rest of our food so we could start eating. The food took so long that we started losing our patience. It seemed they had forgotten about our food because even people who arrived after us got their food before us. Our waitress never came back to check on us until she brought the bill. No apology or explanation why the food took so long. Worst part was, we didn’t even get everything we ordered. Somethings were missing. And we were charged for something they never gave us. The waitress asked us if we wanted onions and kajmak with our Cevapi, we said yes. But we never got it. The onions and kajmak never came. But we were still charged for the kajmak.

The whole experience was just unpleasant and quite disappointing, especially after someone recommended the place. The food tasted good though I must say. But maybe it’s because we were just starving...
