LUFF GELATO TC "Galerija" — Restaurant in City of Belgrade

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Luff since their early days, which doesn't feel like so long ago. I've always had a preference for Luff over CRNA OVCA, being a bit biased. However, it would take a lot for me to write this review. Unfortunately, our recent experience with their customer service was absolutely appalling. We placed a very large order of ice cream and were greeted by two careless workers who rolled their eyes when our kids asked for available flavors creating an unpleasant experience for all of us.

To make matters worse, when we requested two cups of water for our kids, we received two warm cups of water. After asking for another two cups of water, we received dirty comments that the water isn't warm... As if it wasn't enough, the two new glasses we requested were tossed at us, causing the water to spill over onto my wife's wallet. When I confronted them about their behaviour, they raised their voice and began arguing with me creating a complete scene.

It's truly disheartening to witness Luff lose loyal customers after being with them for half a decade. Luff, which used to bring us thoughts of ice cream and happiness in our kids' faces, now serves as a reminder of arrogance and...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an ice cream shop that left me absolutely impressed. The ice cream was not just good; it was incredibly delicious! What struck me the most were the unique and extraordinary flavors they offered. The variety went beyond the typical options, and each scoop was a delightful surprise.

The quality of the ice cream was fantastic, and it was evident that they put effort into crafting distinct and memorable flavors. The richness and creaminess of each bite were a testament to the shop's dedication to quality.

I must say, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would gladly return anytime. The atmosphere of the shop, combined with the exceptional ice cream, created a memorable outing. Luff gelato is definitely the best in Belgrade and surpasses most I've tried in Italy. The flavours are rich and well-crafted and ones I'd recommend - mango, blueberry, pistachio, almond, pecan pie and white chocolate with almond cream and for those who did not try - briosche with a scoop of icecream👌Perfectly soft and creamy at the same time. Also, the variety of fruit flavors was more than impressive!
