Pros: We were upgraded rooms since it was off season and there weren't many other hotel guests. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Staff was nice. Room was large. Location is great for a quick walk to the central square. Parking available for a fee.
Cons: The shower drain was stopped up and would flood when showering. The shower head had to be held the whole time as there was no hook on the wall to keep it above your head. It was LOUD. I normally don't complain about noise but it wasn't city noise. We could hear the people in the next room clearly. It's a restaurant and hotel so we could hear the restaurant workers and cleaners in the early morning. I was woken up a few times in the morning by...

The smell is terrible, it comes from the toilet and spreads throughout the room. The water doesn't work properly or doesn't run at all or with very poor pressure. You can't shower properly.
I can't judge whether it was due to other guests, but it sounded like furniture was being moved for more than an hour at 3 am. There was no sleep.
There is a charge for parking and the parking space is rather small but manageable.
The breakfast is nothing special, rather average,...

The food is extensive and delicious, it’s well priced and a real treat to go to every time we’re in my pretty hometown of Novi Sad. The ambiance is rusty and there’s something old and beautiful to look at everywhere you sit, especially outside in the lovely open terrace, reminiscent of my growing up in beautiful Serbia. We normally book a non smoking area inside that looks out onto the terrace but otherwise you can normally just walk in without a...
