Signature Restaurant & Bar - Best Briyani and Grill chicken — Restaurant in Singapore

Great service from the staff. We ordered the lamb Briyani. The rice was a generous portion and was flavorful not too dry or wet, cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender and the curry sauce was delicious. The only thing that downed the rating was the fact that the food was not hot enough.

We became greedy and ordered a portion of their signature roast chicken. The chicken was not dry, meat was juicy and the spices on the chicken was well balanced.

The Teh Tarik was just nice not too sweet.

We feedback to the staff about the temperature of the food and had a good chat with the staff who explained to us about the process of cooking the rice. It was insightful and it was nice to see they are passionate about what they put on the table to the customer.

TLDR: food is alright, waiting time is a horrible gamble. my friends and i sat down at 6:30pm with barely anyone around, we had high hopes because of the reviews too but turned out our food firstly had a 30-45mins wait with a huge gap in between. we wanted to save our naans for the last dish but it took another 45 mins to come and it seemed like they completely forgot the order 😢 we also ordered drinks and they came super slowly, my friend ordered a ice lemon tea and after an hr and a half, we reminded them and they came out with a canned lemon tea 😭😂 at this point we were not even surprised and just wanted to pay and leave to eat somewhere else. would have appreciated if they forgot the order to come back and check...

Just a hour ago we packed food and drinks from this restaurant. But really trust me the drinks was tooo Bad ( mango lassi and badam milk ) it’s too sad but we just took 1 sip and throw away the drinks. And they packed the drinks in those PLASTIC BAG which tea stall using.. like really ?? HORRIBLE and briyani also not that great.. Raita was full of onion and only onion. I just wasted my money. You guys needs to work very hard really .. I don’t think so chef is very happy to work there.. can see the chef anger through food.
